Chris "Casper" Kelly is an American writer, television director, and producer best known as the co-creator of the Adult Swim animated series Stroker and Hoop. He has also written for Squidbillies; Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
He is also a fiction writer. His short story, The Sensitive Person's Joke Book, was published in the web literary magazine Necessary Fiction.
